PC Series Valve Driver
Valve driver programming works in conjunction with electronic pedals and electro-hydraulic proportional brake valves. The valve driver can realize dual redundant control, provide pulse width modulation current control output, and drive the electro-hydraulic proportional brake valve. Provides flutter current to optimize the performance of the electro-hydraulic brake system. The maximum current is adjustable, allowing the maximum brake pressure to be set at the maximum travel of the electro.

Product Features
•unique redundant input signals allow for multiple operating stations or redundant input sensors.
•accepts analog voltage inputs.
•ignores input signals below 1.0Vdc, eliminating the need for a pedal middle switch.
•when the input voltage is higher than 4Vdc, the output current value remains at the maximum value, so the stroke increase after the electronic pedal is worn will not affect the brake pressure.
•provides a regulated 5Vdc supply for external sensors, such as those in the NAVNIX electronic pedal.
•output signal is pulse width modulated current regulated, and the coil resistance varies with operating temperature and supply voltage, ensuring consistent performance.
•maximum input current is adjustable to set the maximum brake pressure.
•provides a fault diagnosis lamp to facilitate fault diagnosis.
•supply voltage range: 8 ~ 34Vdc.
